Denise is co-founder and CEO of Jett Group, Inc. As a certified woman owned business, Denise has enjoyed witnessing the growth and maturity of JGI over the years. Denise primarily focuses on the day to day operations and overall management of Jett Group, Inc. Denise has been instrumental in the growth of the Aircraft Manufacture and Government contracts awarded to Jett Group, Inc and the sustainability strategies to fulfill those obligations. Moreover, Denise has led the initiatives to partner with other organizations within the aviation industry to obtain discounts and rates passed on to our clients and crewmembers.
Denise has an unwavering commitment for maintaining the integrity of Jett Group, Inc. and plays a vital role in vendor and client relationships. Denise is a graduated from Texas Tech University with a master’s degree in Business Administration. Denise has been married to her husband for more than 20 years and they have two daughters together.
Troy is co-founder and President of Jett Group, Inc. Since starting the company in 2004., he has taken Jett Group, Inc. from primarily representing one department of a major aircraft manufacture to expanding internationally into all areas of Aviation including supporting heavy jet, helicopters and government agencies. Under Troy’s and Denise’s leadership, Jett Group Inc. has been awarded multiple government contracts and currently represents Two of the Largest Aircraft Manufactures under long term contracts. Prior to starting Jett Group, Inc., Troy was a corporate pilot with Bombardier Flexjet. Troy is type rated in all the Learjet products and the Challenger 300/350.

Troy plays a vital role in the pilot and client relationships. Troy is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in International Business and Finance. Troy has been married to his wife for more than 20 years and they have two daughters together.
Justin Ryland joined Jett Group, Inc. in 2017 and became COO in 2019, currently overseeing the company’s global operations including the business development in the private sector. Justin’s entire aviation career has been in corporate aviation, specializing in all aspects of corporate flight department management, consulting and business operations. Justin has overseen and consulted with many business owners and managers in all aspects of corporate aviation and flight department start-ups. Justin holds a current Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with extensive Captain experience in both domestic and international flight operations.
Justin’s commitment to excellence and his integrity with his co-worker’s, piers and clients is absolute. Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Justin has been married to his wife for over 10 years and they have 4 children together.
Director of HR / Contracts
Savannah joined Jett Group, Inc. in 2016 as a contracts administrator and became Director of HR and Contracts in early 2017. Savannah is responsible for introducing multiple technology platforms that have increased the efficiency and increased the capacity of our human capital requirements. Savannah has also researched and added a variety of intra-office platforms that have improved the communication and effectiveness of the day to day operations. Prior to joining Jett Group, Inc., Savannah had nearly 10 years in the customer service and human resources industry. She is well prepared to assist and guide our clients and crewmembers through the JGI processes.
Savannah is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Savannah currently resides in North Dallas with her husband, Nick.
Dennis has been working with Jett Group, Inc. as a contract pilot for over 10 years. Dennis joined Jett Group, Inc. in 2018 in the capacity of Business Development and client and crew member relations. Dennis has played a vital role in growth and retention of clients for Jett Group, Inc. He is a major asset to company’s reputation as providing the best candidates for our client’s needs. Dennis is responsible for the continued growth and client relations for Jett Group, Inc. Dennis has over 20 years of extensive corporate experience as an International Captain, as well as, Aircraft Deliveries, Entry Into Service, Aircraft Acceptance and Sales and Demonstration flights. Dennis is the primary support pilot for all Bombardier Deliveries and the Bombardier Demonstration department supports.
Dennis currently resides in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN and has two boys with his wife Keri.
Brooke joined Jett Group, Inc. in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and oversees the company’s worldwide financial and human capital operations. Brooke has added value to the company by leveraging technology and streamlining the invoicing, payable and receivable processes. Prior to joining Jett Group, Inc., Brooke was in the finance division of a major commercial real estate development and property management company.
Brooke has three girls and currently resides in North Dallas, Texas with her husband, Jay.
