Contract-To Hire Recruitment

Our “Contract-To-Hire” approach in conjunction with our Staffing department allows clients the ability to get to know the candidate with on-the-job performance and personalities before committing to hire the candidate full time. This method provides both the candidate and the employer the opportunity to experience one another first hand in the work environment prior to making a full time commitment. Feedback from past clients using this approach has been positive in alleviating some of the risks involved in the hiring process.
